1. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–5 working days (Monday to Friday).
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Time (Malaysia)

WM = West Malaysia, EM = East Malaysia
Note: Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to courier delays, peak seasons, or public holidays. The rate may differ according to the weight of the parcel.
3. Shipping Partners
We work with trusted couriers such as J&T Express, Ninja Van, and others depending on your location. You will be given options to choose the most affordable courier service tailored to your location.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email to follow your parcel's journey.
5. Self Pick-up
Currently, we do not offer self pick-up. All orders will be delivered via courier.
6. Undelivered Parcels
If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts:
We will contact you for reshipment.
Re-delivery fees will be charged.
7. International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping.
